The service is phenomenal, with super friendly and great people who provide helpful, non-pressured assistance. The store has an incredible smell and a lovely dog. With great prices and endless options, it is highly recommended to stop in if in the area for an amazing experience.

This place is a Hayward treasure! We stop in every year to stock up on beautifully handcrafted leather goods, from some great people. We love taking our time to carefully examine all the merchandise and see what's new. Highly recommend stopping in, if you're in the area. Lovely local vendor.
