About The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center
The store in Hayward has a big area to shop with clean, well‑stocked and great prices. Friendly, selfless volunteers and staff are excellent and love to give back to the community. Items are nicely displayed and everything has its place, from toys, games, books, puzzles, clothes, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, couches, chairs, lamps, pictures, small electronics, movies, knick knacks and more. Separate bathrooms, donors donate hand me downs for others.
Clean place and very good about cycling out old stuff. Friendly employees, reasonable prices.

Wonderful thrift store-great prices, clean, well-stocked with friendly staff. Picked up many items (glass jars, plates, baskets, etc.) to upcycle for our craft shop and our friends found several books and puzzles. We will definitely come back next time we are in Hayward!
