Beyond horrible! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Burying a loved one is already HARD and they make it even harder. After seeing what I saw how disgusting. Very happy I went through Kratzs funeral for my father! I wouldn’t have been able to dig the grave for any of my loved ones
