Awesome service. Had a flat tire on the interstate and JDs came quickly and towed us to a spot we could get a new tire put on. Was helpful and caring for his customers, even though we were from out of state. We highly recommend his service.

I was so fortunate to find JD towing! I had a flat tire while traveling and Joe went above and beyond to help get me back on the road quickly! First of all he didnt answer the phone for me all night...Then I call.jensens they were gonna come out and help me and I was gonna pay outta pocket for someone to come change my tire on our car which has roadside assistance keep in mind then this company accepts the roadside assistance claim and said they bee here in 40mins to 70mins guess what this idiot doesn't do answer his phone... at all for neither insurance company or me at all so Jensen's again wont help me cause their pissed cause I cancelled with then and they will be here ughh f these peiple

We have have worked with Joe quite a bit this past year. He's done various repairs, auto body, and paint work for us. Not only is he skilled and professional, he is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and his customer service is top notch! I called for a tow to get a new battery, and instead they brought the battery to me. In sub-zero weather. I was very impressed with the level of customer service i received as well as the speed in which they arrived and completed the work. I would definitely recommend this company!Service: Battery

Joe responded to my wife's accident (van versus deer). He was extremely helpful that night get her to a hotel. the next morning we were able to get in the van and retrieve our belongs with some help from Joe and his team.
