This business isn't very good at returning phone calls. They are misleading in their explanation of their services. We haven't had a very good experience with this business. I would not recommend this business!

I called Kunes Rv in Holmen WI to schedule some work on our 2022 Gray Wolf, because of storm damage. We are so happy, and they do excellent work. We also had other things done to the RV as well, other than from the storm damage. Kunes RV is where we bought our camper, but shortly after that, they moved from LaCrosse to Holmen. I'm glad they didn't move far from us, they have a life long customer in my husband and I. We have a travel camper and a permanent one. We plan on upgrading our permanent one in the next few years, so we'll be back.

I needed my RV propane tank filled. I only brought it there because it was completely empty. The reason for that is they always charge for the whole tank even if they only partially fill it.

I have dealt with numerous RV centers through the years and none were above the service and professionalism received at Kunes of La Crosse. We were greeted by our salesman Carter, given a tour of the parts department for items we may have needed for our new camper by Logan and did all the legal work with the sales manager Dylan. In and out in under 2 hours including tradein, switch out of weight distribution hitch, demonstration and paperwork. Thank you.

Just brought our RV home from Kunes and I highly recommend! We are so excited to take our first trip. Buying here was an enjoyable experience and salesperson Steve Krogness was great, as well as were the rest of the staff! All of the features of our motorhome were thoroughly explained to us and demonstrated on the day of purchase. Thanks Kunes! See you when we’re ready to trade up!

I had the best experience from Jennifer helping me find the perfect camper for my son, in a short amount of time, to Laura helping us out with the financing/paperwork, to the technical walk through explaining everything to my son and I. All, were friendly, open, honest, great communication and quickly got everything ready for us. I will be back here for when I am ready to buy one for myself.

Great parts and service dept. They go the extra mile to help you out. We were on the road when the latch on our RV entry door broke. They got us the parts in 2 days and we could install it ourselves. Worked out great!1/

Gave them a whole week with no response. Id reach out to a better RV place that has better customer service skills. Was only looking for a repair quote on a slideout so nothing strenuous.

Steve Krogness's commitment to selling us a camper that meets our needs began two years ago. Though persistent in his efforts to help us, he was never pushy. Our purchase experience of our new travel trailer was all good. My wife found a floor plan she thought would meet our needs by searching Holmen's inventory on its website. We contacted Steve, and he immediately arranged a walkthrough. Steve went the extra miles to make our buying experience pleasant. When it came time to talk price, Zack, the general manager, also went the extra miles and offered a price and trade-in a deal that was too good to pass up. The finance officer was also professional and low pressure. Our experience with the service department was also first rate. First to last, we have only good things to say about buying our new travel trailer at Kunes RV in Holmen, WI.

Back in 2021 I order a hard topper for my brand new 2021 tundra. Took my truck in for them to install the topper before we moved to Texas in a week. Found out later that they cracked my tail light when trying to take it out so they can wire the tailgate light and took a good size paint off trying to use whatever they were using to pop out the taillight. They didn't even say anything and I didn't expect any damage because I thought they were professional but turn out they're a bunch of irresponsible idiots who don't care about damaging other people stuff.
If I could i would put 0 star.
I wouldn't recommended anyone to come here.
