I went to great clips recently for my kids haircuts recently. It is nice and conveniently located near where we live. The haircuts were reasonably priced and online reservations make the waiting experience much less than if I just walked into the store to wait for an appointment. The time from home until my haircut was completed was less than a half hour. I was able to walk into the store and was immediately seated for my haircut. I was happy with my haircut and didn’t get pressured to buy anything from the store after the haircut. If you are looking for a quick haircut in the area I recommend this place.

Imagine tipping good to get someone who claimed they “cut their finger” to go in the back and call the cops on someone doing nothing wrong because they assumed I was driving. Never going back here again. Jokes on you guys :)

I just got a great haircut at Great Clips. I could spent a lot of time telling you how much I appreciate their online app, their occasional coupons and the info they collect about my preferences. I could do that but I rather focus on complimenting staff at their Holmen location. They are the best.

The haircut itself is fine, but the check in system is more of a pain than it needs to be.
Firstly, it took multiple attempts to get it to work, my wife phoned direct to explain this and was told there was nothing that could be done.
Think about that for a moment. The website check in system is not working for someone so that should matter to any business, right?
Anyway, got it to work eventually and checked in online, then went to the salon at the prescribed time and watched the names count down in reverse order.
Turns out you also have to check in when you get to the salon, so not really checked in online then.
It's a none intuitive system, I don't work for them so can't be expected to know and the system itself is not user friendly enough first time around to make it a good enough experience to justify a better review.
So, by all means get your hair done there but be aware that the check in system isn't really a check in system.

We went in to get my bf’s little brother a haircut and were greeted as soon as we came in the door. The woman who greeted was horribly rude and made us feel like she didn’t want us to be there. The customer service was terrible.

I had a great experience as always at this location! I am always able to get in even though I don't "sign in " online. My stylist listened to me concerning my hair and I was able to get a hair product at a discount!

This company does not value your time as a customer. I just wish there were somewhere around here where I could make a reservation, show up ON TIME, and get my hair cut ON TIME. None of this put yourself in a queue, show up, someone else walks in FURTHER DOWN THE QUEUE than you and gets served before you. I have better things to do than waste a 30+ minutes waiting in a lobby. NEVER AGAIN.

People that cut hair should learn to cut hair.. this is the 2nd time my son got a terrible hair cut. don't waste your time or money getting a haircut by these idiots unless you want a soup bowl haircut. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.... this place sucks
