I am a former employee, I stopped into the store to get information on Pro-Line paint. The assistant manager was trying to help me but the manager was swearing , using "F' word, a lot,, very loudly and unprofessional. That is not how a business should be run, at all!!! Not worth one star rating!!!

The staff at Sherwin-Williams has always been very helpful to me. My recent experience was getting help to locate paint I needed at a different location. He called ahead and had them mix it for me. He carried my paint to the car. Very helpful and very friendly even with all my questions. I will literally never use any other kind of paint the rest of my life! I've tried many different kinds of paint and it's just not worth trying to save money with other brands bc they are so hard to work with!

Quick friendly service. Frankly, I think this is one of sherwins best stores. Same good product with the best of service. Thanks staff.. keep it up.

I went to have a stain match done and was told it would be a day or two to get this done which was fine. After four days I called and they said my order had gotten lost and would be done the next day. After 2 more days I showed up and it was not finished yet. Eventually it got completed but the colors didn't match well at all. Several more days of back and forth, I believe the manager stepped in and got a better stain color but it still didn't really match. After 2.5 weeks of this I gave up since I was so far behind now and unfortunately ate the cost to go elsewhere who got it done in less than a day. I am not giving a 1 star because I mean they tried and were courteous but their operations need improvement before I ever recommend them.

They ran out of paint (no problem) but I was told 24 hours to get it...then was told "we forgot". I had 4 painters standing around with no paint, cost me money. Was also told I would get a call-back, never got it. There's room for improvement in operations...
