This gym is good if you’re 50 plus and only want to use machines with their free weight selection being a single squat rack and dumbbells and a couple non pairing kettle bells. Now let’s get started on this so called “ business owner “ Shane. He is so unprofessional that he is never at his business even under times listed as “staffed hours”. He is the only staff member that works there, never answers the phone, never actually at the gym when new comers are trying to come and get their key fob. And since I have moved and go to an actual gym worth my money I have tried canceling my membership multiple times. Nope still continues to pop up on my banking statements. 5 months now ? Oh and he blocked my phone number after I flooded his voicemail box. Looks like I’ll be making the hour trek there to see this coward.

Nobody ever answers the phone you can’t ever get in touch with the office. You have to drive to a different location to sign up. 11 to 3 but you can’t even get into the building to get to the office with a fob.

Decent gym, but trying to get a membership is almost impossible cause of the lack of workers during hours

Personally I like the Horicon gym. However, my mom and Dad signed up at he Horicon Anytime and scheduled a tour then they were blown off by the guy who runs the gym Twice. The first time he called 2 days later to reschedule and the second time did't show up or call. It up sets me because I told them how much I liked the Horicon gym. When I signed up in Sussex I got a free tour and training session. I guess if your looking to sign up with anytime do it somewhere else and wait a month to workout at the Horicon Anytime.

Tried signing up. Guy took 8 days to call me back and I called 4-5 times a day during staffed hours and no answer. Went to a different anytime fitness and got signed up in about 5 min. This owner obviously does not care about getting people in the door.

The building is a little small for a good workout space. The "area" for the aerobics/stretching is little to no room shoved into a corner by the bike machines. There is only one normal squat rack and one assisted squat rack. With no permanent bench press area, which sucks because you have to steal one of the squat racks. Overall, it's ok and you can get the job done, but if there is more than 6 people there you probably going to have to wait for certain machines.

Three times in a row, my key stopped working. They were very helpful, fixing the issue every time and even giving me a free month of membership. Great place!

Pretty good gym and love the environment but they never answer the phone, return voicemails, or answer emails. Loved working out here but terrible communication otherwise if you're not there in person.
