At first my experience was great. I was promised a credit card with a smaller $1000 limit to purchase a few things for my children for Christmas. Pending my proof of income. Fast forward two weeks(December 20th) after opening an account and getting set up at community first and still have no credit card to buy my children presents and they still have not gotten back to me about my income verification which I sent them almost 2 weeks ago as well.

If you bank here, I feel bad for you. A month ago I purchased a boat from one of their members. I told them where to send the lien release information. Never got the information sent so I can’t title the boat in my name yet. I called and they said they were too busy to help me and they’d call back, no call back. I stop there and they say they’re too busy to help but they’ll get someone. That someone couldn’t tell me anything because it’s not my account (when I paid off the members lien?). Finally was able to get through on the phone after waiting just for them to tell me that they forgot to mail it out until last Thursday. 3 weeks after they told me they did it. No one wants to help you unless you really push them. 0 stars

I've always had a really great experience here. I moved away 3 years ago and the closest branch to me is about 45-50 mins away with this one being an hour and a half away. So I closed my account. Definitely recommend it here! Everyone is very nice, professional and gets you taken care of as quickly as possible

Staff is always friendly but, it always takes a minimum of 10 minutes to go through drive up if you are they only car or if there are more plan on a wait of 20+ minutes. Why??

I rarely go to this branch for health. However I want to stop by there just to check on the balance of the check that I deposited. This lady at the teller gave me the runaround and I could tell from the beginning does not want to help me at all. After minutes of going back-and-forth because she wasn’t beating check my concern is the teller at the back was not even in the front line she finally saw the situation. I don’t understand why it Hass to come to that were in your superiors have to come out just to resolve all I need to do is just check the balance of a check that has a clear properly. A lot of banks here in Green Bay sometimes I ask myself why a bank with you guys

Been a long time customer here. The people here are very kind and professional. The place is always clean. No with the COVID19 going on, they only have drive thru going on. Which is fine by me. They are great for loans and checking as well as savings. Never once have had a problem with the . If I had a question, I would just pick up the phone and my question is answered. Can't say enough good! Until the next Yelp! Yelp-Steve-O, out!
