“Purchased a used transmission through a marketplace listing and it ended being sold by H&H. Andrew was prompt, thorough, and personable. I'd not swapped a transmission on my own before, so he took the time to walk me through some commons pitfalls to watch out for. He made it clear that if I ran into any problems, to reach back out. It's a scrapyard at heart, so if walking and seeing piles of parts on the floor makes you squeamish, know what you're getting into. “I am guessing that if these guys never see us again, it will be too soon!!! We bought two amazing trucks, and due to little hiccups, we kept bringing one back for repair, then dropping off the other one. We bought these back in September, and they spent more time with the dealer than us!! The issues were not huge ones, but these were new cars to us and we wanted them perfect.
