First thing…Current staff is great. Greg, Andrew, Jake…great staff. My review is focused on the gym ownership team.I could write a lot in this review but I won’t. Bottom line is that this gym has went downhill very quickly since new ownership a few years ago.No money is spent on improving the club, repairs either don’t happen or take forever to happen when needed. No new equipment. I also just found out my membership dues went up and I have no emails, texts or anything to let me know that. This is shady business itself and just wrong. I don’t care if my rates go up if I’m notified and if that extra money is used to improve the club….but I can assure you it won’t be used that way. There is also a club enhancement fee coming up and nothing will be enhanced from it I’m pretty sure.It sucks to write this review because I loved this gym but it is not even close to what it used to be unfortunately. With so many other options in Hudson to choose from now I will be looking at a different gym and know plenty of others that are doing the same thing.I don’t want to leave but ownership is giving me no choice in the way they do business. I recommend thinking about what you really want out of a gym before you sign up at Hudson AF.

It's good. They recently raised prices. The floors are clean. The bathrooms are a little jank. There are no lockers. The weight plates are mismatched. There's wear and tear on some of the equipment that never gets addressed.Functionally it's a good gym. I've been to better and I've been to worse.

Zero temperature control. Hope you like it way too hot to safely work out! It’s dangerous to do that and they need to lower the temperature!!

I spoke to a gentleman at 11:38am on Oct. 6 to cancel my membership. He said I have to come in to sign a paper. I asked what do they do in situations where someone moves out of state. He said, I guess the distance dictates. I explained that I'm a customer leaving a company, so I'm not willing to drive the 25 minutes each way to sign a piece of paper. I was hung up on, and he didn't answer for the next two calls. A different gentlemen called back and said I have to send a certified letter with my new address proving I was too far to drive in, but I'm not and Anytime will continue to charge.I have cancelled in the past with other Anytime's, and have been able to do so via email.I do not recommend this location due to their antiquated and unaccommodating business model and policies. The gentleman was abrupt, lacking the simplest customer service or business etiquette.Retrieved membership agreement which states. "MEMBERS' RIGHT TO CANCEL: If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to the club. The notice must say that you do notwish to be bound by the contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. The notice must be delivered to: ABC Financial Services, Inc., PO Box 6800, Sherwood, AR 72124. If you cancel, the club will return, within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made."There is no contractual requirement for me to be in person, and I won't be reimbursed for time away from work to do this.In addition, upon reviewing my accounts - I found I've been being overcharged for a year.

Overall…Very pleased with the condition of the equipment, variety of machines, and cleanliness! However, the building could use some updating..like paint, maybe an improved front lobby….tinting of the front windows would also be nice for privacy and maybe some way for customers to input music selections when the gym is not staffed(just minor details)! Other than that, I thought the manager was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the gym and anytime fitness! I am excited to come back! :-)

Wish I could give this zero stars. The absolute worst experience I’ve had. The number one thing they care about is your money, nothing else. No matter how unsatisfied you are THEY DO NOT care. Shame on you Anytime Fitness — including corporate.

Waste of time and money and they are only about the money. Can't afford to be a member here anymore and wants me to pay $230 to cancel my membership. Waste of my time and worst gym ever. I wish I would have listened to everyone else that said I shouldn't have became a member here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A MEMBERSHIP HERE.I've had gym memberships at other facilities before, but Anytime Fitness is by far the worst. Once you sign up for a membership, all you are is a dollar sign to the company. The staff doesn't care about your health or wellness. Long story-short, my partner and I signed up for a membership in January of 2021. When we signed up, we communicated with the staff that we were only looking to sign up for half a year because would be moving to another country in 6 months. They assured us that even though we were signing a year contract with them, it would only be $50 to cancel after 6 months. They assured us that this open-ended 1-year contract would be the best deal even though we only wanted 6-months, and that it would be easy to cancel when we moved. When we inevitably went to cancel, they charged us $250, and they made it super challenging to do so. I could go on and on about the details and bad experiences we had, but this was the final straw, and I am just extremely disappointed in the management, the staff, and anyone else involved in the administration of Anytime Fitness. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. Do better.

I went in to get a membership to just walk on a tread mill and ride on a bike. I was pressured into a workout group that was supposed to be a low impact, low stress, workout class. I have a heart condition and the trainer was made aware. After a couple of weeks of trying the class and nearly having to go to the hospital, I decided to end the class. The management harassed me for a year afterwards and sent my account to collections, after my membership and cancellation was paid in full. The continued to harass and collections continued even after I showed the collection company the paid invoice. Now they have transfered it to another collection company which has reported to the credit bureau and I now have a derogitory remark and a hit on my credit. This place is not committed to your health and wellness, they are committed to the all mighty dollar. If you seen the owners house in West Lakeland you would understand.

Tons of equipment here compared to other anytimes in the area. Also very low traffic at night, so great for a lift when you want to get in the zone.

I signed up over a year ago... I have not been there once due to multiple injuries and now COVID. I went in with a dr note I have emailed multiple times asking to cancel my membership and they have been absolutely zero help! Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this gym at all!

An above average Anytime location. Nice open concept.
