In previous times it would take a rep 20 minutes to notice me. Isaac came to me right as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I was interested in and had it ready to go for me within minutes. Isaac showed very good customer service.

Never show up on time. Customers always waiting outside until the unresponsible employees show up whenever they want. The owner parks in front because his car is more important than paying customers. They are clueless.

After about 5 minutes of being helped at the end of Isaac’s shift. Mason, the manager on duty, came out of the back basically yelling at me. And said, “We are here for sales, not customer service!” The funny thing is I was there for both as directed by their phone customer service. It was literally the worst customer service/sales experience in my life.

Robin helped my husband and I begin our plan with AT&T on 9/27/23. Robin was the ONLY associate working and there were 3 other groups of customers in the store with their own concerns and needs. Robin worked seamlessly with each group. He politely let everyone know he'd be right with them and thanked everyone for their patience. Robin was kind and very professional. Thank you so much for your hard work on that day, Robin! I know how it can be to be the only associate in a store full of customers. You did great!

**Edit to say I sent an email to the address in the response to my review. It has been a week and a half, with no reply. Double and triple checked I got email address correct, and I did. Even more reason to not use ATT.I switched to ATT December 2022. I traded in my phone, with the promise of 1000 back on my bill. This was never honored. The staff at this location told me to call the helpline. I have called many times and just get passed around between departments with no resolve. Because of this, the cost they guaranteed my bill would be is doubled. I regret switching to ATT. The techs at this store were less than forthcoming on what to expect when signing with them as a cellular carrier.

Employees just simply not doing their job. Said it wasn't their job to find out why the phone wasn't working. Said I just needed to get another brand new phone and that i needed to go somewhere else to have them look at why my phone didn't work because its not their job. Didn't bother with a coverage check or see if they are updating towers. Sounds like they are there just to simply get a paycheck. Nobody knows how to do any problem solving. According to them, they just sell the phones and don't know how to use their system. If I could leave no stars, I would.

I worked with Robin. He was very knowledgeable, polite and worked quickly. Used time we were waiting to even share some tips and tricks with me. Zach was also in store that day and they both had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...give those boys a raise!

Hey ATT customers, you need to know about the Hudson, Wisc. in-store service. I visited the store yesterday afternoon to activate a replacement phone after loosing mine on an 4-wheeler ride. This team was above all amazing and I truly felt important upon arriving. A gentleman named Robin was the primary staff helping me, but each and every employee had a hand in making my experience above and beyond any other. Should I need to visit a store in the future, it will definitely be the Hudson, Wisc. location.

Store manager took advantage of my parents and appears to have committed fraud. Added a "ghost line" on the account. Have reported to ATT Corporate. Slipped in insurance for 4 devices even though they only have 2 devices. Added $6/month "Next up" charge on all devices. There is a mystery $15/month "accessory" charge on the account as well. Taking advantage of elderly people is despicable. This is a franchise store, not corporate so operates much more loosely. Corporate store expressed extreme caution about this Hudson franchise and stated they have received numerous complaints of similar manipulation and fraud from this location.

What can I say about your manager. She was most helpful to get me the most servicevat the least amount of money. I had to return the next day because I still didn't understand some things and she was most patient with me.

Too bad one is the lowest you can go. I've gone into this store twice in the last week. The first time, we went in to trade in our phones. The guy who was helping us was trying his best, and knew we were becoming impatient and uncomfortable with the other employee who came in who was swearing and was incredibly rude to everyone in the room, including the at&t customer service representative he was on the phone with and the individual he was helping.We went in again yesterday, and the same incredibly rude and unprofessional worker was the ONLY individual working. When we entered the store, we had no idea who was all working because nobody greeted us, or acknowledged that we had just walked in. We sat around and was eventually greeted by someone who DIDNT EVEN WORK HERE! But could tell we were getting upset.When we started to pack up and leave because we were A) sick of waiting B) sick of listening to the employee sit around with his buddies talking about nothing phone/service related C) were sick of the rudeness, the demeanor, the way he was communicating and the vulgar language as we had my daughter with us... she learned a whole bunch of new inappropriate words thanks to this employee. Unfortunately, he did not have a name tag and in neither situation did he introduce himself to us.When he did talk to us, he didn't look at us. He was too busy still chatting with his buddies. They had nothing to do with devices or service. As well as taking a personal phone call.I told him I wanted a different phone, rudely told me that if that's the case it's a $55 restocking fee.... at no point when I bought the phone was this brought to our attention. Then he walked away from us after his comment.We will not be coming back to thie AT&T store ever again.Oh FYI, as a female I would NEVER go to this store by myself due to the way this individual interacted with me. Letalone I would NEVER bring my child/daughter there to this sexist, condescending, inappropriate environment! I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future!

I went in trying to switch over to AT&T but was taken aback by the incredible rudeness from Billy, the store manager. He did not answer any of my questions and added things to my bill without first confirming with me. After this experience, I will not be switching over and I do NOT recommend doing business with AT&T.
