Both owners are very personable and honest. Your car will be fixed the right way and your wallet won’t hurt as bad as most other repair shops. I am leaving this review after my second fix from them, and for both experiences they were very communicative (per my request) about what was going on. During this last fix, they caught some sub-par work done by another shop in town, and gave me the option to have it fixed the right way in addition to the other work they were doing for me. I’m anal about taking care of my ‘17 Outback and I am so grateful to have them in town ?”

“Thanks to who I believe was Kevin, the store did not have the pads that was advertised on line so Kevin offered the next level pad for the same price, the manager came up to to observe the transaction and wanted to look for the pads, eventually saying we can order them and have them tomorrow. Kevin understood that I did not come to the store to order pads for nextday pickup
Unlike the manager Kevin was thinking of the customer and I left happy which all good managers should strive for.”
“Derrick at the Hudson WI AutoZone is 2nd to none. My son stopped in with some issues with his car while on a road trip and the staff was able to get him up and running and back on the road again. Derrick is definitely a person who puts the customer experience and the resolution of the problem as his utmost priority. “I came up to st Paul to see my son from South Dakota. Stopped in a small town and smelled oil. Checked under the hood and saw that the place that changed my oil the day before forgot to put cap on. Luther was closes dealership. They got me in cleaned my car up changed what oil was left. The young man was very helpful”
“I’m a 2 timer here. Bed liner looks great. I did the spray in. Looks sharp and holds up incredibly well. I believe I even look and feel better when I sit on my tailgate.
