I FINALLY found decent, hardworking, caring folks to service your Subaru, Honda, or Toyota. I had a brake issue and Keith does educate you and does not take shortcuts! He does a great job because he cares so people like you and I are satisfied and not have another brake issue with rotors and pads in another 6 months. I cannot say enough great things about his work and kindness. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! I am very grateful!!”
“For a couple weeks now I’ve been dealing with this huge problem that has constantly been on my mind. I recently scraped the front of my car, which caused a slight dent and some yellow paint on it. Still being fairly new to Hudson I have no clue or any whereabouts to get my car fixed. Then just yesterday I happened to stumble on Gerber Collision & Glass. When I arrived there I really didn’t have high expectations because I didn’t know what they were going to tell me. I just thought to myself they are going to quote me a huge price. Then I met Shane. Who is absolutely a God sent. He immediately figured out the problem and helped me right away with no charge! He was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I was so grateful for him. He has took my weeks of stress over my vehicle away. Definitely check this place out. I am one satisfied customer and I will be back!

“Thanks to who I believe was Kevin, the store did not have the pads that was advertised on line so Kevin offered the next level pad for the same price, the manager came up to to observe the transaction and wanted to look for the pads, eventually saying we can order them and have them tomorrow. Kevin understood that I did not come to the store to order pads for nextday pickup
Unlike the manager Kevin was thinking of the customer and I left happy which all good managers should strive for.”

“Derrick at the Hudson WI AutoZone is 2nd to none. My son stopped in with some issues with his car while on a road trip and the staff was able to get him up and running and back on the road again. Derrick is definitely a person who puts the customer experience and the resolution of the problem as his utmost priority. “I came up to st Paul to see my son from South Dakota. Stopped in a small town and smelled oil. Checked under the hood and saw that the place that changed my oil the day before forgot to put cap on. Luther was closes dealership. They got me in cleaned my car up changed what oil was left. The young man was very helpful”
