Derrick at the Hudson WI AutoZone is 2nd to none. My son stopped in with some issues with his car while on a road trip and the staff was able to get him up and running and back on the road again. Derrick is definitely a person who puts the customer experience and the resolution of the problem as his utmost priority. I wish every place we had to do business with had a "Derrick" in charge to make sure the customer has the best experience possible. Thanks!

I thought I knew how to recharge my ac…. I didn’t. Derek came outside and helped me do it. I don’t shop any particular store for the products, I can get them anywhere. I shop at places because of good service and these guys have it. Thank you so much!

Just stopped by on my way from to Wausau from Minneapolis. My headlights and high beams both went out and I figured it was a fuse since I just purchased the headlights 3 months ago. I was a bit frantic considering I still had a 2 hour drive home and it’s evening time… really don’t feel like being pulled over or driving with no lights. Anyways, I was convinced it was a fuse but I couldn’t find any fuses under the hood that appeared to be blown.
After some frustration, Chad came out to save the day, or at least my day! After second checking the fuses, he then checked my headlights despite me telling him they’re practically brand new. Sure enough… both happened to be blown at conveniently the same time. He got me some new headlights, helped install them, and had me on my way.
Thanks for your help Chad. I really appreciate it!!
