The products are good. The service was lacking.
I was told by the store manager that the batteries would be at the store in Hudson, WI by 3:00pm. . 8/13/25. I called to confirm. Yes, they were in and waiting. I arrived at stated my time, at 4:00PM.
I parked and went to the store (hrs 8am - 7pm) the door was locked store closed.
I called the store 3 times and received a V-msg. I left a request for a call back. Nada! After waiting in my car for 45 min. I checked the door again and it was open and a young clerk was now in the store. I asked the clerk if he'd receive my call he confirmed he had just heard the messages. But hadn't back.
Of the 4 deep cycle batteries purchased, 3 of the 4 had the improper cell caps per what we had described and purchased. The clerk was confused with what to do. I did see there were other batteries with the proper caps and suggested to exchange them. He agreed, but, I had to show him how.
The in all a store pick up that should have been 15 min. took over an hour of wasted time. Very poor service.

I purchased a deep cell marine battery today in the Hudson. Jen was very helpful. I saw an online discount that she gave me as an in-store discount. I asked for a cart to move the very heavy marine battery to my vehicle. She picked it up, delivered to my car and carried the old one back in the store. Thank you Jen!
If I owned a business, I would try to hire someone like you!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a phone issue. My touch quit working on my iPhone and there was nothing I could do to get it to work. Tyler fixed the issue in 30 seconds and didn’t charge me anything as they have a free diagnosis unlike the other phone repair place which charges $50 just to diagnose it.

Staff extremely helpful! Changed my battery in my car for me on a really hot and humid day so I didn't have to do it myself! I've always been really happy with the service at this store! Staff there goes out of the way to make sure I get what I need

I came in last week to get a new battery for my Honda CRV. The customer service was exceptional, I was quoted for two different batteries at two different price points over the phone. I felt like i was given all the information I needed. The swap was done in less than 10 minutes and I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. Would recommend anyone go here.

Ordered a Special AGM Car Battery for my new Toyota Land Cruiser. Ordered the part online last week. The shop called me right away and let me know it would arrive in a few days. A few days later they called me and let me know it had arrived. When I came to the shop, the customer service and communication was excellent. Wonderful human beings and even better business. Can’t recommend this store enough for people who need help for any type of battery you need. The best of the best!
