lost 700 in 3 weeks here. I bought a Canik TTI combat for $1100 had nothing but issues with it not going back into battery. Got a new stronger recoil spring from canik witch did not fix the issue. after 300 more rounds bill's wanted there gunsmith to look at it first so they took it from me right there while it was still hot. the gunsmith took 1 look at said it was dirty "cleaned it" and said there was no issue. i went out to my car to remove my recoil spring and reddot and saw how dirty the gun was. some how there was bright green speak all over. i brought it right back in and sold it back to them... they charged me 60 for the "cleaning" btw. 3 weeks and 1100 goes to 450. the guns sold here don't hold any kinda value. if you have to come here come cause its the only shooting lanes around. don't buy your guns here. don't get gunsmithing here. don't buy your ammo here. if anyone has read this far and has a recommendation for a range that's not bills near here.

My FN Reflex jammed in a way I have never seen before, but Randy was able to clear it in no time. I also learned that steel case ammo, if it works, is hard on semi-auto pistols. So, no more steel case ammo for me. Thanks Randy.

I should have writers this review a long time ago but I've been going to this gun shop for plenty of years now and it's always been a positive experience and they'll almost always have something on the shelves that'll catch your eye

I ordered a firearm special order and they said the price and I put half down on the order. Go to pick up the firearm and it is almost double the original price they quoted. They said they ordered the wrong one and would have to reorder it and refused to honor the price they quoted and the order sheet from the manufacturer was a different price. Their shift lead was rude and unhelpful. Side note their range is dangerous they have no range master watching and I have been flagged multiple times at this range by tactical cool bros.

I thought it was a very nice well lit range, and they had a lot of products on hand. My wife said the same thing.

Ordered an expensive gun through their company. Gun arrived dirty with a bunch of metal filings inside, causing the bolt to not operate correctly. Was told by their associate and lead person to bring it back and they'd look at it. Brought it back and another associate says they won't do anything for me. All I asked was if they'd disassemble to gun to give it a quick clean and remove the metal filings, and further assess the bolt incase anything needed to be fixed under warranty. Very rude associate, no customer service what-so-ever.

Extremely overpriced for rifles they sell. You could drive 15hrs and pay easily 500 less.
The springfield hellion 5.56 I was looking at in WI was $400 more than in TN. They wouldn't come down on the price.
