Made an appointment online. My phone was worked on immediately and it took less than an hour to have a new screen and battery put in. No issues at all !! Highly recommend. Great service, and professional !!

I had a great experience getting the screen on my laptop repaired. From the initial diagnosis to receiving a quote and then the final repair, everything was handled quickly and professionally. We walked in with our phone that had a virus. Patrick helped us and he was so helpful and professional. I expected to have a long wait and pay a sizable fee to get it fixed. To my surprise Patrick fixed it under 10 minutes and even gave me instructions on how to navigate another issue with our other phone. The fee was so nominal, almost non existent. We plan on coming back with all our issues. Customer for life because of this amazing transaction. Thank you Patrick!!

Currently filing a lawsuit against this location as they have refused to return my phone to me, going on 1.5 years. There is no bill due as they couldn't repair it, but they have ignored every call and have refused to respond or produce my phone.
