We have a puppy. I was told she could only be seen on a drop off basis. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to find out what that entailed so I took her to a drop off appointment. When I asked if I should wait or when to come back I was told afternoon sometime. So my puppy would be in a kennel all day until they got around to seeing her. The next actual appointment was a month away. So be prepared to leave your pet there for most of a day or wait at least a month for an appointment. It's a hard no for me!!!

Poor front desk staff. Claimed they left a message. Didn't find out what needed to occur until we reached out when they didn't. Wasn't told it was a short appointment so we scheduled later in the day instead of morning. Despite the appointment being 2 hours before close, no results of the urine test or medications have been provided.

Found this Vet searching Yelp when a cross country move required boarding the dogs a few days around the move in. It was a leap of faith that was rewarded with a caring staff and clean, pleasant boarding area. The dogs have returned a few times for shots and such and it's a strong indication of the care that they do not whine or hesitate but bound for the front door of the vets. Have only seen cats and dogs here so I can't vouch for other animals but since those are the majority of domestic animals in urban areas, I can say I'm glad I found Croix Valley.

croix valley veterinary hospital is an amazing place, they take phenomenal care of your pets!! The owner Dr. Hiles is an absolute fabulous vet and always has your pets in the best possible health!! I would recommend this place to others !!

We were referred here by several friends. Dr. Hiles was very patient and knowledgeable. Her and the other staff members answered all my questions and were very welcoming. I am more than willing to drive from the cities to receive great care at a reasonable price!
