I joined C1 not knowing anybody and being new to CrossFit. Everyone immediately welcomed me into the community, held my hand when I needed it, and gave oodles of help and support. Can't recommend C1 enough!

The owners were nice enough to let us drop in while we were in town. Coaches were friendly and it was a fun environment. Would definitely go back.

Awesome gym and staff - my girlfriend and I dropped in while visiting family in WI. Nice to know that if we ever moved here, we’d have a great box to be members at!
