This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Everything they do is messed up. Every refill is an ordeal. All of the employees are extremely rude. My insurance company makes me use this dump. There is no way I use them otherwise.

I will be changing pharmacies after this last encounter. I get customer service jobs aren’t always great, but there’s no need to be blatantly disrespectful to people just picking up prescriptions. Do better CVS.

Avoid this place. Horrible. Can't get anybody on phone, but if you do, they'll be of no assistance. I wanted to schedule a shingles vaccination. Spent a half an hour fighting with voice prompts that wanted to direct me to topics like Covid-related. Finally, got a pharmacy assistant on the line and she refused to say how much a shingles vaccination would cost. She was abrupt and didn't listen, probably annoyed by having to talk to a customer on the phone. She said the only way to get info about cost was to call my insurer. Lie!!! She said I need to schedule online. She can't help me. This isn't like other pharmacies. CVS Target Hudson deserves its bad rating.

The worst Pharmacy in town. My prescription was called in yesterday and now a day later it's still not filled, pathetic. I'm forced to use them because of my insurance. Otherwise, I would be going somewhere else.

They ignore customers. They have longer than average wait times. They told me it will be done in 15 minutes so you go back in 30 after shopping and it's still not done. This is every... single... time.

I have spent over 3 hours on hold over the last two days, and haven’t been able to get a single person on the line. They have been “processing” my meds for OVER A WEEK. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Like many others that have commented, this pharmacy has become a joke. I ran low on meds and visited my Dr. for annual physical and prescription refills. After calling the pharmacy to tell them I was low, they said the two I needed would be filled. Now 6 days later, still not filled. So I tried calling . So far I have been on hold and when some one did pick up they told me to hold. Total time, 27 minutes. This is unacceptable and rude. Guess its time to go elsewhere.

Totally agree with all the negative comments regarding this particular CVS pharmacy within Target in Hudson, WI. Been getting prescriptions here for over 12 years ago, now having them filled at a different pharmacy. Line is long, they are super slow, no interest in discussing medication questions, truly never had a prescription ready even though app or text message told me it was, staff is not professional-either mad at each other or despise their jobs and many more reasons.

The employees change so fast there and in my encounters there has been 1 good employee there, Nick. And I get covid makes people not want to work but I have been having issues with this pharmacy since 2018. The rest have been very rude and the whole pharmacy is very slow. Usually getting meds mailed is faster but not this last time. They also put you on hold before even waiting for you to respond. It is currently Sunday and I have a med that should have been filled on Thursday and her I am on Sunday still with out meds with 2 left. Sucks my insurance makes me come here. Also sucks thay Woodbury won't deliver to me in Wisconsin. If anything go to the one on Eagle Creek.

Just trying to find out whether my rx has been called in and that they have it. Second time calling. First time on hold 25 min with no answer. Currently on try 2, 20 min waiting, still no answer. Very frustrated.

Use to be good, but yesterday they lost me as a customer when they wouldn't ring up 2 non prescription items that were medical items because the guy was afraid a line was building behind me, one person. There were 5 people working in the pharmacy. So I grabbed my prescription and went and stood in line for 10 minutes so I could purchase Gas X and Metamucil. Good bye.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I went through a big change when I was diagnosed with diabetes and this place did not make that transition any easier. First of all the staff are all unfriendly and condescending. They also have a difficult time getting prescriptions from doctors offices, which has caused me to go without my insulin for four days and counting. I am switching to the CVS in Woodbury because I cant stand to work with this place any more. I wouldnt even recomend trying.

The staff at this pharmacy always seem like they hate being at work, or that they hate working with one another. Either way, it makes for an unpleasant experience to pick up prescriptions. On top of that figuring out how to set up auto refill and rx delivery is extremely difficult. Maybe it's a problem with my account, or user error, but I'm a young (ish) somewhat intelligent person and have never been able to get it done for my one prescription. I can't imagine the level of higher education required to figure out delivery and refill of multiple prescriptions. It seems like the issue is at this specific pharmacy and not CVS as a whole.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Twice in 5 days medication that I have needed filled is out of stock. Which they don’t tell you until you get up there to pick it up. Never have seen anything like this ever and I am old and had many drugs filled. I hate going there I hate that I have to use them and can’t figure out how they stay in business or why anyone uses them that doesn’t have to. Oh and getting a maintenance med refilled I have to do it myself even though they ask if I want it refilled. Ahhhh.
