Just stopped in more on a whim than for purpose. The store was nice and clean with isles that you could actually walk down with a cart and nothing blocking your way as the experience seems to be more and more as of late. Even with the larger selection of merchandise it was a pleasant change. The store personnel were friendly and helpful and were doing a great job.

Totally under staffed! One person working with a line a mile long! Had to wait over 20 mins just to check out!!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Lots of cheap stuff for cleaning, crafting, parties, and such. However, a little elbow grease in the entry would go a long way.

Often closed durring business hours. Rude employees that gossip about customers and frequently don't staff the checkout lines with more than one person even during long lines. Adding to the problem is that this locations cash registers frequently freeze up. The last time it took them over 15 minutes because they couldn't transfer registers and the line was halfway to the back of the store! I try to avoid this location but it's the only one in the area so they have no incentive to improve.

Like the dollar tree stores. Wish they all have the same thing. Saw something in Hudson and wanted more but live by the New Richmond one and they didn't have it.

It was pretty well stocked and had many of the things I was searching for. However, it was a bit messy with things tossed about and on the floor. The staff was very friendly.
