Service at this location has always been great but I felt compelled to share about my experience tonight.I just left after having to wait a little longer than normal because there was only one employee (Kevin) and he was helping an elderly customer when I arrived. This customer was confused about something with a shipment and mentioned having a sick husband at home. Kevin was so incredibly kind and gentle with her that it was a touching interaction to witness.

I am always very happy with the service at this particular FedEx. I've needed some pictures taken for a visa and some documents shipped quickly since I will be traveling abroad soon. The staff at FedEx helped me more than any other store I visited and they offered both physical and digital visa/passport photos which not all stores do! The staff was also kind enough to highlight the tracking number on my receipt so I could clearly see the number for tracking I would need to enter on the website. Staff here goes above and beyond and I have been recommending this store to family and friends for all their printing and shipping needs. Thank you FedEx staff!

They claimed the order was delivered on 2 separate dates but it never came. Then they claimed I should have called before the arrival date. They also didn't email me anything to track my order. This looks like a whole cover up from their end

There are only a couple of reasons for the experience I had yesterday.First, it was a contest among FedEx stores to see who could get the worst Yelp review.Second, they were being held up. The elderly woman looking looking at envelopes was one of the gang. The stick-up guy was under the counter, aiming a gun at the customer service guy, who seemed to be doing everything in his power to get me out of the store.The day before, I talked to a woman on the phone named "Jessie," who was super helpful with figuring out shipping a large glass art piece to Florida. She took all the measurements and gave me a rough idea of what to expect but that they could handle it. Great, I'll be there tomorrow.The next day, Dude behind counter: We don't have boxes that big."Okay, well I talked to...""There's no one here with that name.""Well she worked here yesterday. Maybe you know who that was.""I don't keep track of the schedule.""Is there a manager named Jessie?""I don't know."I called the number from the recent calls on my phone. The phone in the store rang. Yup, same store."Okay, do you have any suggestions about how I can give you this $1,000 worth of business?""No. I told you, the manager's not here. Maybe try UPS."And that's exactly what I did.
