Send these people to tire college.
First time using FF tire 2/4 valve stems leaked. Had to go back for another 2 hour appointment.
Second time same thing different vehicle. 2/4 stems leaked again.
Had to reschedule more time off work to wonder around FF for another couple hours. Then at 445 I get a call saying the car is done. Walk over and the lights were off. Had to go find a manager to get my keys and unlock the service dept.
Third time the "mechanic" installed all 4 tires backwards. Yes, backwards. I then asked to schedule an appointment for correction and was rudely told "we cannot schedule appointments past 430." Which is a blatant lie. I had to then call the next day to schedule flipping the tires and was pushed out 2 more weeks. Here I am again losing hours of wage and gas money walking laps around a store.
They stripped 4 lug nuts and effed every chrome wheel cover over tightening lugs. Tried to back off the lugs at home and can't with a breaker bar.. Oh, and 8 wheel weights added to a single rim.
I just spent another $150 at a qualified shop to rebalance the "balanced" tires. The pros stated all tires were not balanced with one being over 1.25oz off.
The Cooper buy 3 is a scam. It comes with an additional $30 mandatory warranty. That's $30 per tire..
If you value your time, money and vehicle, go somewhere else.
1/3/25 Customer Service reached out to me and I expressed the issues, sent invoices from FF and the additional $144 invoice getting FFs mistakes corrected at a reputable shop.
1/11/25 I followed up again with FF. Nothing.
1/15/25 No reply. Ghosted. - It's obvious FFCS cares as much to correct mistakes as much as their shop cares to do quality work...

I recently brought in four tires to be switched to two, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. A new employee was assigned to mount the tires, but it seemed like no one was supervising or double-checking their work. When I put the tires on my car, it had a severe shake and a crazy pull to one side. After taking the tires off, I noticed the wheel weights hadn’t been changed.
I called the service center, and they told me I could either bring the tires in off the car or schedule an appointment several weeks later. I asked why they couldn’t just pull my car into a bay and take care of it quickly, but they said they were busy with other customers. When I arrived, though, there were four open bays and three employees just standing around. So, I ended up taking off my tires in their parking lot and carrying them inside myself.
When I got to the counter, they asked me to sign for the work, and the service advisor made a sarcastic comment about my signature, which felt unnecessary. I took that moment to point out the poor job they’d done mounting the tires in the first place. The manager on duty apologized and gave me a $50 gift card (out of the $59 I’d paid), which was something, but the explanation that the service area operates separately from management left me even more annoyed.
The whole situation felt unprofessional, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I expected better care and communication from a service team, and this experience fell far short.
