It pains me the fact that I have to even give this dealership a one-star rating for the way they handle their business. I had been dealing with the sales guy for over a week on a truck, trying to buy remotely out of state. All the information I needed was given so I made an offer which was accepted. I then made the arrangements to pick up the truck purchasing plane tickets and a hotel room. Today I go to finalize the transaction at my credit Union to wire the funds and was told by the sales guy Antonio that someone was currently buying the vehicle we had made a deal on. This is some shady BS! At no point was I ever asked to put down a Deposit Or told They couldn't hold the vehicle until it was paid for. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars for a deal that I was told was done. And the management won't answer your call. You will get voicemail. Who looks out for the little guy just trying to buy a car? Not these guys avoid at all costs
