I ran through the car wash while we had some warm weather. I was just expecting to get rid of the winter layer. Instead I got this nasty white streaky film all over my car. The chrome is going to take some major rubbing to get that film off. And I could barely see out of the windows at all. It would have been better had it been just plain hot water in the machine. Not very happy with the extra work I need to put in now.

Your bathrooms on my last visit were in very poor condition. The men’s restroom had toilet paper rolls, toilet paper, and wet towels on the floors of the stalls. Both dispensers were out of paper towels, and a semi wet roll was placed near the sinks. The women’s restroom which my wife used had no toilet paper in a couple stalls leading to her having to ask someone.

Decent building but it’s crazy that as a customer we constantly have to teach the employees how to ring up our purchases correctly. This is in reference to vuse pods not ringing up as the advertised price UNLESS the staff navigates the register correctly. It goes ok about 40% of the time, but when it doesn’t work then the store on Annabelle Way will ring us up correctly. Just wanted to post this to hopefully get the management to take coupons into the training process. Would save a lot of grief for customer & employee. It’s a $10 coupon at any kwik trip so it’d be nice if it was understood everywhere.

This is a busy Kwik Trip. Despite that, it's properly stocked, has friendly service, and clean bathroom.

Like all the other Kwik Trips I have checked, the CO2 level reading in this picture represents what I have always seen. What with the doors opening and closing all the time and whatever other factors, Kwik Trip has always had decent ventilation going on when I was there.

I am impressed with the store mngr on duty. He took a a negative and immediately turned it into a positive. I was bummed about the lack of condiments in the condiment bar for my fish sandwich. I mentioned this at checkout. He reversed the charge for my sandwich and had staff address the lacking immediately ?
