Sensei Mike Elle Ellefson is the GOAT. Solid earned rank in BJJ, Aikido and other martial arts, he's too humble to list. I love this gym!! The head instructor, Mike Ellefson, is very knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher and the other members are great people from many different backgrounds. Truly a second family to me!
