We had it towed to Next Generation Auto thinking the pebble was the transmission but it turned out to be the spark plugs. We also got our transmission flushed. Marti was wonderful to work with, she explained everything and broke it all down.

My car's check engine light came on & the repair shop I have used for many years worked on it, but told me they don't know what is wrong with it. I was recommended to try Next Generation Auto, they found the problem right away, sent me pictures on my phone, and after the parts arrived, they correctly repaired my car! I am very happy with the work they did, they were honest about some other repairs my car needed, they fixed those problems along with the check engine light, and I am very happy with everything Next Generation Auto did! I'm definitely recommending that anyone needs repairs done on their car to check with Next Generation Auto to do the work on their car! I am now a new happy customer of theirs!

Got me an appointment to change out my tires really quick, they constantly kept me in the loop while I was waiting, thorough communication. They found a crack in my radiator and were willing to work with my extended warranty to hopefully get it covered. I will be coming here again in the future. Top Notch service from Top Notch people👍

My entire experience with Next Generation Auto was great. They got me in next day, staff are friendly, the job costed less than they quoted me, waiting area was nice. I had a TPS replaced, they did their free inspection and free tire rotation and the truck came back with a green bill of health! I had confidence and trust in these folks from the get go. I will go back when needed.
