Thanks to who I believe was Kevin, the store did not have the pads that was advertised on line so Kevin offered the next level pad for the same price, the manager came up to to observe the transaction and wanted to look for the pads, eventually saying we can order them and have them tomorrow. Kevin understood that I did not come to the store to order pads for nextday pickup
Unlike the manager Kevin was thinking of the customer and I left happy which all good managers should strive for.

O’Reilly was open on Easter and saved the day! They had the car battery in stock that I needed. Thank you!

Had a great experience with them. I was scared because I couldn't find my receipt and my battery was still under warranty but came back as bad. The guy went way beyond with service exchanged the battery and it was fast. Would definitely recommend them especially if you are like me and know nothing about cars. Thank you O'Reilly!!

Trevor was so kind and helped me fix my blinker lights. I am not a very handy person but he was exceptional at helping and told me to always ask because if someone knows how to fix it they will. Great customer service. Very patient. Much appreciated!
