Jaicee @Hudson Ford was professional and very customer oriented. I waited in the lounge until the work was completed on my vehicle. The Tech was fast and thorough providing backup documentation on the vehicle's inspection. Good job!!

So far, my experience with Jaicee has been amazing. I purchased a vehicle yesterday and quite a few things were missed that I was told would be done, which didn’t have me feeling great. Brought it into quick lane this morning and Jaicee is making sure it is all getting taken care of as it should and has been so kind, understanding, and helpful in every way. Best in the industry, wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Best prices and customer service you can ask for. The works package is the best deal in a 100+ mile radius for the service you get with it. Thank you Hudson Ford ??

I've been coming here for a long time and been quite satisfied. However, the Pohlad Family who purchsed them last year, now sold several of their dealerships, including the Quick Lane, to a not so great company and I've noticed their business practices have changed. Could just be me, but keep an eye on your service!

I had brought my car here to have my tires looked at and an oil change. Jaicee was incredibly educated and helpful. She took me into the shop and allowed me to look and take pictures of my car. The mechanics very very informative as well. Both were very kind and treated me with great professionalism!

WOW! I called on a Saturday to see if anyone could take a quick peek at my (suddenly LOUD) exhaust system and reassure me that it was secure enough for me to drive 3 hours back to my hometown. Jacee at the front desk talked to the service reps, who offered to get me in right away.Ten minutes later, my car was on the lift and 10 minutes after that, I had photos of the break in my exhaust line, and a short-term solution in place that would ensure that everything stayed in place while I got home. I made it home without incident, but with a lot of peace of mind!While I was waiting, a hostile man came in to pick up his car, and was treating the front desk staff with disrespect and abusive language. He was berating them (young ladies, working the weekend shift) for things they had no control over. The ladies responded with calm, professional, kindness, and eventually the angry man left. The ladies shook it off and continued treating other customers with professional regard and pleasantness. I was so proud of the way the team handled themselves in the face of an unreasonable, vicious person.I got home just fine, and the next day I was surprised (and delighted) got a follow-up text from Jacee, making sure my drive home was uneventful.I'm so impressed at the service I received, as well as the way the team managed a difficult customer. If I lived closer, I'd do more business with Hudson Ford!! Way to go!

I have been going to Hudson Ford Quick Lane for years and they have always been great to work with. I want to especially thank Rachel for her fantastic help today! I went in for my scheduled oil change, but when I got there it had been cancelled.I scheduled a separate appointment for a recall on my car for Sept. 11th and when I did that my oil change on Aug. 28th got cancelled. Rachel for took time to understand what happened by looking up my account and checking my confirmation text. She then went above and beyond and squeezed me in for my scheduled appointment. Thank you Rachel, I truly appreciate it!
