RJ's Meats offers a magnificent selection of freshly cut meats, including prime rib, NY Strip steaks, dino ribs, triple b burgers, bone-in pork roast, brats, and beef sticks. Customers report the steaks are better than any restaurant, with amazing tenderness and marbling. The bone-in pork roast and triple b burgers are also noted as the best ever had. The staff is friendly, delightful, and provides excellent service, with ample selection. The bakery items and rolls are fantastic as well. Some note the prices are a little high, but it is widely considered a great find and the go-to spot for seriously the best meats.
Top-notch, old school butcher. Love their Nuremberg brats, but have tried many other varieties and all have been excellent. Even on busy Friday afternoons the service is stellar.

Amazing selection, superb service, and some of the best summer sausage on the planet! I highly recommend RJ's if your looking for a quality butcher shop in the Hudson area.
