Same story every time I go in these stores.. upselling and no real concern for the customer.. I was quoted a price for a plan in the store .. after waiting 30 minutes just to talk to someone.. didn’t like the price so I left and called T-mobile’s custom 800 number and got same plan for $30 less per month.. went back in the store and the arrogance was so thick from the big guy.. I left and will never go back

I was able to fix some of the errors in my billing when I switched plans. There was some misunderstanding on my end, but some issues resulted in my bill being higher than agreed. The team members were able to make the adjustments with corporate and sent me on my way. Thanks for your help. 4/5 is because of the many hours I had to spend in order to resolve the issue

Happy to be a T-Mobile CustomerI went to Hudson’s T-Mobile store today to see if they would install a new SIM card. I needed to wait for a few minutes as both representatives were busy with other customers. Skyler very patiently worked through a problem a elderly gentleman with a cochlear implant had with his phone, explaining each step as she went. Aiden worked on setting up a new phone for another baby boomer like myself. As the program was installing, Aiden asked how he could help me then proceeded to install the new SIM card. I was impressed with the knowledge, maturity, patience and customer service these two Millennials demonstrated today. Well done!

Awful experience. I’ve been with T-Mobile more than 15 years, and they lost a customer today. They refused to accept a 2 year old phone on trade in because of a TINY scratch that was barely visible. And they were not even nice about it, the sales guy was remarkably rude. I’ve spent almost 50k on multiple lines with them over the years, and they didn’t mind losing a customer.

Clarence is the best phone person i’ve ever seen by far. He was incredible in helping me, making me feel welcome, and he made the process of me getting my phone incredibly easy. Would not go here if he wasn’t here. Idk what he makes as pay but they should pay that man through the roof for the services he provides to not only the customer but the company as well.

Highly recommend this t mobile store!! Clarence helped my family tonight and was so helpful and patient with us. He had GREAT customer service! We were there for a couple hours and he answered all of our questions. He didn’t leave any stones unturned when it came to questions. He helped my grandparents understand terms they weren’t familiar with very thoroughly.

Clarence is so welcoming! Very knowledgeable and just all around amazing at his job! It is impressive to me that when short staffed neither of the two employees let it overwhelm them. They made everyone feel important and seen. I've been to other T-Mobile stores but nothing compares to the quality customer service you get at the Hudson store.

Clarence and David were so helpful and kind and made the expirence so much easier. I had issues with customer service online and frankly, I'm glad I did. Plus hit up the tmobile Tues merch! Thanks guys you Rock!

Came in today to upgrade our family plan and add a new line. Clarence (not sure if I’m spelling that right) was amazing! He was a joy to work with. There were lots of hoops to jump through since we used to have a sprint plan, and he handled all those bumps in the road with a positive and friendly attitude. All in all it took a good chunk of time to complete the process, but we got nothing less than excellent service and excellent product. I walked away with a free IPhone 13 and a free 2nd Generation Apple Watch, along with reasonably priced, high quality accessories. All with smiles on our faces from the friendly service. Thanks again Clarence!! We will definitely be back (:

We walked in with a lot of things to do. We needed to merge an account, add a line, and get two Apple Watches. Dave was excellent. Never once did I feel rushed, or that I was being pushed into something I didn’t want. This is the only T-Mobile store I will go to.

Was told by GM Keith that I was able to come back within 30 days and I’d still be able to receive the free upgrade promotion. I was told if we had problems to have them give him a call. Employees Aden and Josiah that we were not able to receive this promotion only a little over a week later. When we mentioned that we had spoken with Keith and he said to call if we had problems they refused to call him or provide us with any email information. Very unsatisfied with their unwillingness to try to figure anything out. Going to be looking into other provider options.
