For a couple weeks now I’ve been dealing with this huge problem that has constantly been on my mind. I recently scraped the front of my car, which caused a slight dent and some yellow paint on it. Still being fairly new to Hudson I have no clue or any whereabouts to get my car fixed. Then just yesterday I happened to stumble on Gerber Collision & Glass. When I arrived there I really didn’t have high expectations because I didn’t know what they were going to tell me. I just thought to myself they are going to quote me a huge price. Then I met Shane. Who is absolutely a God sent. He immediately figured out the problem and helped me right away with no charge! He was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I was so grateful for him. He has took my weeks of stress over my vehicle away. Definitely check this place out. I am one satisfied customer and I will be back!

Had the pleasure of getting some work done here today. The two people working the front desk were very polite and professional. The gentleman that helped me went directly back to the shop to see if they could get my job done… he came back and said they were working on it. The technician came out quickly and the job was done. I can’t thank them enough. I love good customer service!! Thank you!!

Recently went by to ask about a quote on some scratches, since i used them a long time ago when they were a different name shop. Spoke to Junior and he Got Shane, I believe he is the GM . And he looked at the damage and he said he can take care of the scratches on my black GMC . And buff then out in less than 15 minutes .Amazing job and great customer service .

Super helpful! I was fixing the door on my Ford Focus and broke some plastic fasteners taking it apart. I stopped in here looking for a replacement. They hooked me up with the right piece!

The most professional and friendly experience I've had. Highly recommend the Hudson crew. I've dealt with many auto body shop's in my 5 decades this was the best. Jacklen 's auto body in River falls should take some lessons from this crew. Gerber did the repairs in one month. Jacklen auto body held on to my vehicle for more then a month before they said it was too hard to work on it. They also left the door open and the key on, which killed my battery when I went to pick my vehicle up. Thank you Gerber..

Stay Away from Gerber! They will say one thing and do another. Very Unprofessional and Failing as a company!! Go somewhere else!! Also, hail or dent repair Id highly recommend Dent Services in Stillwater, they are fantastic!Update - Dustin is not worth my time. You failed! Parts weren't even ordered. SHAME on you for keeping staff that do not do their job and are a waste of PAY!

Whenever the vehicle repair moved to the next step, whenever there was a hiccup in the process, I was notified immediately. Top notch customer service, couldn't have done a single thing better. A bumper had to be repainted because the colors didn't match, but everything was fixed within 48 hours, I had my car back in a week and a half - much faster than any other body shop I have worked with.
