Went to The UPS store in a great mood and left in anger after being treated in a demeaning manner by the guy that I usually try to avoid! I asked a simple question and was responded to in a very rude and demeaning way (not my first time being treated this way from him). I am fluent in returns and try to use the kiosk when possible but couldn’t today! He needs a lesson in how to be respectful to others and not talk down to people. Absolutely rude!
Sounds like I’m not the only one! Guy had long reddish hair with major attitude!!

Absolutely worthless. UPS screws over customers, makes it impossible to contact them so the only option you have is to visit in the store where the only thing the clerk will tell you is that they’re an independent UPS so they won’t help you with anything delivery related or even give any advice on what to do! Literally just we can’t help you figure it out yourself. If you have options, never touch a UPS.

The employee that "helped" me was one of the rudest, most abrasive people that I have dealt with in a long time. While waiting in line I also had a chance to see him be extremely rude to everyone else that had the misfortune to step up to his counter. There are UPS stores in Stillwater and Woodbury that provide much better service, so do yourself a favor and use one of those. I know I will in the future.

Some consistency is needed across staff capabilities, training ... and sometimes attitude. We've used this store for various services for a while. Many time staff members are helpful and knowledgeable, more frequently lately they basically say it's not possible to do something we actually did barely days before and for months before. Sadly, we have had to find alternative sources due to this potential for failure.

We came to utilize UPS's notary services, and we were very pleased with how quick and easy the process was. Everyone working was courteous, and the service was inexpensive. There was no wait when we visited.

The employees were friendly and helpful, as well as the store being a pleasant atmosphere. It’s nice that there was ample parking, including 3- 15 minute parking spots for quick needs to use the UPS store for if needed. Thank you to the Hudson, Wisconsin staff for being friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

They advertise in the website that passport photos can be done there, but when we stopped in the desk worker said that they haven't done these in "years" when we suggested perhaps that the website should be updated, it was apparent that he had no interest in hearing this and dismissed us abruptly...... not very good customer service

I made two trips back to back to return Amazon packages. The First Gentleman was very polite and helpful. The second guy that assisted me was very rude and unprofessional. Totally unacceptable! He has helped me before with the same attitude. So its just not someone having a bad day. He apparently hates his job and should probably be terminated. Im editing my post after reading all of the other negative post about a man in a ponytail that was rude. This is the same person Im talking about. So it appears the coaching isnt working!

My husband and I hesitate when packages come from UPS. We've had 3 packages that eBay purchases used and each time UPS has lost our packages. With FedEx, Amazon, and USPS we never run into any issues such as lost packages, or packages delivered to wrong addresses. How can UPS compete with these companies with such incompetence and common carelessness?

Very disappointed with my experience at the Hudson WI UPS Store. The staff member was not the most helpful, so I asked to speak with a supervisor...The staff member made it very clear, I would NOT be able to talk with his supervisor BUT said he would pass my name and phone number onto his supervisor...he promised his supervisor would call me.On my way out, the staff member was literally yelling "God Bless You, God Bless You, God Bless You". I am a person of faith but was not sure why he was yelling that at me in such a strange, creepy tone.Ultimately, the supervisor never did bother to call me back.
