Helped me with many different questions and on ones they couldn't answer they continued to look until they figured out a solution for me to try. Usually serve coffee as well and you don't have to wait, only a few minutes if you do.

I am disappointed. My son is going to the university, which has a US Bank branch; hence, we decided to open an account with them. We were told that the US Bank Credit Card would be linked to the US Bank App automatically, but that was not the case, so we went to the branch to get help. All we were told was to fill out the form and send a release letter to them. They could at least give us time to fill out the form, and they could have sent a form for us. Instead, we were forced to leave the building. I was considering opening the account for me as well, but that would not happen based on this experience.

Tried to cash a check drawn on one of THEIR customer's accounts and they charge $7.00 to cash one of THEIR customer's checks!I wonder if their customers know that it costs people money to cash a check.Seems like a discriminatory banking practice, especially for people who don't want or need to open a bank account. Isn't this illegal? It should be. Should also be zero stars.

They do the best work they can do there with the people they have. It's frustrating sometimes when they are short handed, but in today's economy, who isn't.

Tried to go to the lobby today to withdraw some cash during regular business hrs. and there was a note on the door that said the lobby was closed but you could do your business through the drive through. When I asked the teller the reason why, he said there were only 2 workers so they couldn't open the lobby. This is very concerning. Sadly after almost 30 yrs of banking personal and commercial w/ US Bank, I think its time to move. The customer service is no where near what it used be, we had a horrible experience trying to get a commercial loan, went to another bank and had our money within 2 days, the online banking is hit and miss, sometimes certain pages won't come up and absolutely hate how they restructured the online Pay Bills section. They nickle and dime ya to death with fees on everything and really give no incentives to stay like other banks/credit unions do. We will be moving both our personal and commercial accounts!

US Bank wants to charge you $7 to cash a check written on a US Bank account. This bank is trash. Go down the road to one of the credit unions where they won't nickel and dime you. Will never do business with these crooks.

Absolute garbage customer service talked to 3 different people and all told me different things . Jumped through a million hoops just for them to tell me they cant help me in a time of emergency all while trying to charge additional fees and keep in mind I was trying to put money IN to someone’s account can’t even imagine what it would be like trying to get money out . Terrible bank , terrible people.

This location has the best customer service out of all the branches. I refuse to go anywhere else. Very attentive and courteous. I have never had an issue that they didn't fix right away.

Was in the office today and a young women came in and NOT A SINGLE worker was wearing a mask even though there is a sign that is required on the door. Sadly that isn’t why I’m writing this complaint. A young women customer came in to do some sort of transaction and asked the teller to wear a mask please. She asked politely, the teller responded in such a rude disrespectful manner and even LAUGHED in her face. Never will I go to this location especially with such rude staff. This needs to be fixed. These are the customers that trust you with their finances and you have employees like this.

Sandy and lizzy were both super helpful when I called the other day! I needed help with a time sensitive issue and they were able to make an exception to help me. I was so appreciative of their willingness to work with me, especially after calling other branches (Woodbury, Plymouth, etc) that weren't willing to do anything for me. Wonderful customer service!

I just talked to Sandy (branch manager) on the phone and she was terrible. I come from a family of many very respectful people and I've been a customer at US Bank for about 8 years now. I never raise my voice and never swear when dealing with customer service people and she accused me of bullying her on the phone and while I was trying to resolve an issue she told me MULTIPLE times that she had other customers waiting on hold and that she couldnt help me. Terrible customer service. I've never wrote a bad review for anyone because I believe people are imperfect and I can associate with the troubles of dealing with customers but Sandy was terrible at it. You dont accuse your customers of being bullies and you NEVER tell a customer you have to go because there's other people on hold. I will transfer my funds from US Bank, never bank there again, and warn my family and friends that this is not a good place to bank at. Props to Lizzy there tho because she actually was trying to help but once Sandy took over the call as bank manager it went downhill fast. She tried hard to push me off the phone and told me I was bullying her when in reality I was just trying to understand why I wasnt approved for a very small loan (even tho I have a great credit score and have never missed a payment for anything in my life). DO NOT BANK HERE

I have enjoyed being a member of US Bank for several years now but I will say that all of my experiences at this particular branch have always been welcoming. They really have some great employees here.
