Brennan was very helpful and didn’t rush the process at all even after the business had officially closed as I had multiple family members helping in the process of choosing the right vehicle for me. He even let us use the garage and check some things ourselves before coming to a decision. He was very patient the whole time and also sensitive to the individual deal we were working on.I believe that I got a great deal that day and am very pleased with the results! He got the paperwork done while I dealt with the insurance and worked out a price that I could afford.I honestly showed up with as much as I could afford and we worked out something very close that my family member was able to lend me so we could finalize the deal. There was a lot of waiting because my family memeher still ran to a bank and I had to finish getting insurance which all took time, but he was patient the whole time and offered us water. “Mark is an upfront and honest kind of guy. Which was greatly appreciated considering not to many people are these days. He was honest in answering our questions about the van and was great on his price also. We brought a 2001 Honda Odyssey & we absolutely love it, it's not perfect but we didn't expect it to be for a 2001. Runs and drives great. My wife loves it cause both windows work. Along with the A/C.
We will definitely go back for another vehicle when the time comes.
