I just came here to clarify, when making my purchase to place a parcel in a PO box I accidentally dropped the little pen on the screen during the part where it asked how their service was and it landed on the frowny face. This was an accident! Michelle did amazing work! Very excellent customer service! I'm so sorry I dropped the pen on the thing! Five star service highly recommend!!!!

The USPS Sunday delivery guy is awful. I am IN the garage with my LEASHED dog who cannot get anywhere near the door. The driver lies and says he CAN NOT deliver. Most of the time, he doesn't even bother to stop. I have shared this info with his supervisor and amazon. PATHETIC. I have attached his current drive-by from my doorbell camera today. Amazon indicated the delivery attempt was at 12:40 pm Sunday 6/8/25. He did not try to deliver anything.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I called the Hudson post office spoke with Amanda, she contacted the driver and my package was delivered to my door in less than an hour.

The front desk workers here have an attitude and the delivery drivers fail to read my delivery instructions pretty often

Delivery truck dumped fluid all over a 4 ft area on our driveway. I have emailed and called for almost 2 months to get this cleaned up. No response no reply. No help. Horrible Service.

Aside from the lady lookin like she hates her life every time i drop packages off at the post office , i've finally had enough skipped package pick ups to leave a review. I had a pick up scheduled thur for 3 packages and another one fri for two. i was out of town. i just got back sun to find all my packages still sitting here. I have reminders going off to ship said items, i have customers messaging me asking why they haven't shipped. To skip them all together two days in a row is just lazy. not to mention this has probably happen a dozen times.

Constantly getting other people's mail. Makes me wonder how much of my important documents are going into other people's hands.
Also getting tired of packages just being tossed into the snowbank. 2022/2023 winter has seen so many packages destroyed at this point. Christmas gifts for the kids completely gone after just tossing them in the snow... thanks.

Best post office I have ever worked with. They are so caring! They pick up and drop off my mail in a timely fashion and they always have a smile while doing so. Every delivery person is so kind. I handle a small business so it means a lot to have them help out. They go above and beyond. They even give treats to my pup! Thank you for your service!

Someone decided to jam my 100$ text book into my mail box. Bending the side of the mailbox and dislocating it from a support screw on the post. My text book is damaged and my mail box is now holding on by 1 screw. Tried calling and was told my wait time was between 43 minutes and an hour and 50 minutes. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. I am betting there will be no compensation for the damage done to my mail box or my text book. This is a crime.

Came in on august 2nd around 10:30 am. Lady at the register was super rude. The address I had put on my package had an error in it, and she was not understanding at all. I think the least people can do is be kind at their Place of work. Will not be returning to this post office.
