They literally sat in the kennel with my dog when he wasn't eating to try to help him eat. When we leave him he'll go long periods of not eating. I didn't mention it to them but they noticed and sat in the kennel with him to calm him and encourage him to eat.

They took great care of our dogs. We've used them 3 or four times now.
