Don’t ever go here. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Yesterday I was double charged after a long billing debacle that no one in Verizon would speak for. After being double charged I was told to go home without the phone I was double charged for to work out my financial issue and come back “next week”. There were data security issues that I don’t know how there isn’t policy to address in store. Buy your phone online or somewhere else, don’t go here unless you would like to risk several issues I’m told are rare occurrences when simply trying to buy a new phone.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon Wireless in Hudson! Alyx was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient—she made the whole process quick and stress-free. Not only did she take the time to explain everything clearly, but she also went above and beyond to find me the best deal and actually saved me money. Update: Several weeks and still no contact from the Verizon owner who commented below. It is even more clear that Verizon does not care about their customers.
0 / 5 stars. Verizon is a trash company that does not care about their customers what so ever. 50 hours of life wasted trying to upgrade phones, nobody could help and was left with out service for several days on multiple devices. All lies on the promotions and bill has over doubled for the past several months. Broken promises when switching to a business plan and the local store can't seem to manage more that 1 or 2 customers with out the next customer having a 1 - 4 hour wait. They should be embarrassed by their lack of being able to take peoples business. The store blames or pushes you to deal with the online department and the online department can barely speak English and does not help. Stay clear of Verizon all. Just a scam of a company.

Stopped in to find out about home internet and Alyxandria provided excellent detailed information. I left the store with all questions answered and in a good place to make decisions. I will be going back for answers to any question.

I have had another terrible experience with this Verizon store in Hudson WI.
I run my personal business from my cell phone and on Tuesday my phone was damaged and rendered un-usable.
I had my wife attempt to call this store and we were only able to speak with someone from another place on earth. They were not able to connect with this store to prep them for our arrival and let them know that I will need a new phone.
I drove to this store and arrived 20 minutes prior to them closing at 7 PM.
The gentleman that greeted us quickly explained that they could not help us as they are about to close, and we did not have an appointment.
That evening and the next morning I spent more than 3 hours on the phone with other Verizon customer care representatives, again from another place on earth, and I was unable to secure a phone for pickup within 100 miles of Hudson.
I drove to the store in Hudson WI, and they were not open at 10:45 AM and they had no hours of operation listed on the front of this store.
I drove over to the Verizon Store at 437 Commerce Dr, Ste 600, Woodbury, MN 55125 and walked in without an appointment and they gladly sold me a new phone. They set up my new phone and got me back to work within 35 minutes. This store is now my go to for all of my cell phone needs.

Apparently open doesn’t mean the stores actually open here. Checked online and it says it’s open but I went there and it’s locked up. Read the reviews on Yelp and now I understand. Sounds like there’s terrible management here. Cheers, I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere.

"We don't set up new phones this late in the day." There was 45 minutes left of the day. Why are you open then? It's ridiculous if you need that much time. One employee said "we can't even set a Sim card up in this amount of time." I used to do this 20 years ago at a radio shack (Verizon phones) and the only way it would take a long time would be if they took time looking at phones. And technology is way more advanced now, not to mention they have all of the Verizon tools. Be better at your jobs instead of milking it out. May have to consider another service. Sad when we've been with Verizon for 25 years
