I purchased a new phone at the beginning of December and was double charged for it. I went back to the Hudson location with my credit card statement but they couldn’t issue the refund, only corporate can do that. The manager did end up starting the refund process after I was on the phone with Verizon for hours with no luck, however that refund has yet to be seen. All I am able to do is call corporate only to be on placed on hold for hours and for them to tell me it is still in progress or get so confused they try and offer me a payment plan for something I was double charged for. I am beyond frustrated that after a dozen plus hours trying to get a refund I still have nothing. I was also advised not to do a charge back on my card because there’s a chance my phone would be disconnected and I’d no longer have service. I’m nearing on a month on this location and Verizon holding my $1300 hostage.

Ranaa and Austin worked so hard to review my account and provided amazing guidance. During my visit, the system had minor difficulty and they worked hard and quickly to fix it and get me on my way. Not to mention Ranaa saved me a ton of money in my future when it comes to bills by finding the best bundle for our household needs.

Horrible customer service. 2nd time in 2 weeks at the Hudson location. First attempt was to upgarde a phone, and they just said call customer service , they can help better. 2nd attempt was because we needed help with an error while trying to transfer and set up the new phone. They checked us in. Then proceeded to help the 3 people that checked in after us. We finally stopped someone and asked for help and he said they couldn’t do anything unless we paid 29.99 for set up. I told him I was getting an error and could they help me walk through that, but nope, not unless we paid them 29.99 for set up. I have set up and transferred multiple phones over the years, but this time it wasn’t so easy. Pure shame that they wouldn’t even look at the error and give advice without payment.

I spent over 2 hours on hold with Verizon to activate my daughter's phone. I finally went into the Hudson store and they helped me within 25 min. Tristan was great to work with.

Horrible customer service. Wait time was excessive and they had no sense of urgency to assist the customers. Would have been helpful if they would recommend doing all of the work online and just pick up the phone the next day.

Staff is so clueless as to details of promotions and plans - I was told so much misinformation which has led to hours and hours on the phone with customer service - get T-Mobile.....They told me my new plan had this feature and that feature and it would to this, and that - none of it was true....

Verizon between in the Hudson, Wi store and reps on line can not get their crap together and do what's being told to a customer! I was told by a customer service rep to bring my phones back to the store so that they would definitely get returned before my 30 days are up. I actually brought them to the store I picked up at and the service was absolutely terrible! The male rep was sorry but a complete ass! I returned as I was told and told him that as well. Since was with in our 30 day I was also told we would get a full refund!! The jerk customer service rep said nope can't take until u pay a $100 restocking fee! I was told would have nothing like that and told him. He kept arguing as if was making an example to other customers in there by speaking extremely rude and loud. I told him this is what I was told to do so I was leaving them there with our receipt so they get applied. I did tell them never had a company been so nasty and disrespectful. And that the service didn't work in pretty much every place we were not even our house. Then I left. Still no credit on my bill, but not giving up! Verizon as far as I'm concerned went down hill and are crooks If would let me give negative stars I would!

Once again so disappointed in the customer service at the Hudson location. Basically, they don't have time to help us buy a new phone for my son. "They are closing soon" was the excuse I was given twice when I walked in. Oh, they can tell me how to do it online though. Huh? I walked into the store because I don't want to do it online. The second time I went in, an hour before they close, they had 6 people working but they still couldn't help us. I don't get it. All they want is to stand around and get paid for doing nothing because they definitely are not helping the customers. Sad thing is when I got home I called the customer service number and the agent tried calling the store but nobody answered. It was 10 minutes before closing time when the agent called.
