The pharmacy has been making a big turn around this year and it shows. The staff is more knowledgeable and my prescriptions have been ready on time lately. They really do deal with alot so even though things aren't perfect I am giving them a five star to show how much I appreciate their efforts even when it's not easy. Keep up the positiveness everyone! You are doing great!

I had a HUGE debacle trying to get my husband's insulin from another Walgreen's location and was told by one of their pharmacy techs to "call around to other Walgreen's stores to see if they have what you need". I called this store and was assured that they had the necessary amount in stock and stated that I could pick it up after 10 a.m. the next morning. When I arrived a pharmacy tech casually told me that they DIDN"T have the insulin and was very dismissive when I relayed the interaction I had with the pharmacy tech the previous afternoon. After reminding him that insulin is a "life or death" drug and asking him where I should obtain it, he stated the SAME thing (almost verbatim) as the first pharmacy tech ("you can call around to other Walgreen's stores to see if they have what you need"). When asked if they could check in their system what Walgreen's stores might have the insulin, he said he couldn't do that.I was livid after not experiencing ANY compassion, empathy or even basic customer service. The whole time this conversation was taking place the pharmacist was within earshot and refused to interact with me or even raise his head from what he was doing. After over 20 years of having Walgreen's as our health partners for pharmacy services as well as other business interactions, our family has switched to another pharmacy and couldn't be happier to be treated like human beings and with superior customer service with every interaction.

Their customer service at the photo center was great! I printed some signs for my wedding & there was one with just a slight mistake. Kelly was very helpful and was happy to reprint the one sign to make it right! I’m very pleased with how they turned out & will definitely continue to print signs/photos from here!

Was calling to find out when I could pick up my prescription. Need to get it before the new year due to insurance change. Was on hold for 30 minutes, started off with 1 caller ahead of me then for the next 22 minutes have no idea if I was next because it didn’t give me updates, just kept me on hold with no one answering. Never did have anyone answer. Really happy to be switching to another insurance company. Don’t have to use Walgreens anymore. Plus don’t have to wait 2-3 days for the prescription to get filled.

This place is a mess. It's completely random whether or not the drive-thru will be open. It also seems like it's completely random as to whether or not they feel like filling your prescription that day. Some of the people that work there are very friendly, but I've had some pretty rude interactions as well.Honestly just don't use this Walgreens if you don't absolutely have to.

The people have been great, however the process of filling scripts seems to be broken. Out of the last 10 times I used this RX location there has been real problems. I don’t want to make a change, but this is getting out of control. The team can’t seem to catch up with the demand.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in 44 years of living. Nothing ever in stock, rude pharmacists. Phone system never works.

It really stinks to have to give these guys even one star. I just cannot believe how snippy and rude the pharmacy staff can be. The latest event was a prescription that had been sitting there "in progress" for 2 weeks. I finally decide to go in and pick up other things and ask about it and get a rude response of "we are backed up with more than 650 prescriptions right now and can't get to all of them."There have been other times the app says the prescriptions are ready or will be ready at a certain time and you go to pick them up and get snipped at that they are not ready yet.Hudson isn't the only Walgreen's like this either. Got sick last winter and a physician called in a prescription to the 24-hour pharmacy in Woodbury so I could start taking the med ASAP. Took a few hours to get over to Woodbury and then at the drive-thru window get snipped at by an older lady about how "I'm the only one here and you're lucky I even showed up tonight." She told me to leave and come back up to the drive-thru window in a couple of hours to see if it was ready. They have been given too many chances to get their act together but now it is time to stop going there for anything, not just prescriptions. Good riddance!!!

Can you have negative stars? Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Doesn't matter if you call ahead they always, always, say it will be 15 to 20 mins. If not so frustrating it would be laughable. Moving everything to another pharmacy.

I feel for you all. Pharmacy work is no joke, and it seems like a busy one. I hope things get more organized for you. Seems chaotic. My experience has been that the staff deal with a lot and know how to hold a hard boundary. As a result, it feels like they have been pretty rude for simple things like asking questions. Not up to speed on automated messages.

Don’t expect to ever talk to anyone on the phone. The automated system hangs up on you after 30 minutes. If you do happen to actually connect with a person they have no idea how to answer simple questions and keep putting you on hold, which ends up with them also hanging up on you. You have to wait a whole week for medication because they’re “out of stock” and don’t care about restocking in a timely manner. Infections and chronic illness go without treatment while you wait and wait and wait. They have a monopoly on the system and there’s no other options for my with my HMO within 40 miles or I have to pay for $40k medication out of pocket. So basically they can be awful and careless and there’s nothing i can do about it.

Update: they helped me fix it and reimbursed me! It's their computer system which I don't think they have control of all the time because they're a large scale cooperation. If you're having problems reach out and I bet they'll help. I was cranky due to being really sick and out of it but am grateful they helped me and my insurance was nice!Said my insurance didn't cover medicine but they didn't run it. I have phenomenea so it's hard to talk and breathe. My insurance was nice but they have been ridiculous. I usually don't go here but it was the only place open still when I was at urgent care.

We have been to this location several times while in town, albeit not for prescriptions, so I can't speak to that. However, this store is rarely busy and is well-stocked with all the goodies that you could possibly need for over the counter meds and any toiletry or basic household needs. As always, Walgreens is a bit pricier for household goods and random pantry items, but have a great selection of meds and generic meds at a lesser cost.

This is the worst pharmacy avoid at all costs. Highly over priced compared to other pharmacies in town. Prescriptions are never ready and they fail to even notify you if there is issues filling it- they wait til you get there to tell you they can’t. The techs seem to hate their jobs and are rude every single time. The only way to get help here is to talk directly to the phamarcists and get past the rude girls up front. Please don’t work in healthcare if you don’t enjoy your job.

Possibly the rudest pharmacy ever. Drive through window with major attitude issues, same young girl most of the time. Talked to male pharmacist who tries to be professional but can’t help himself to be short and condescending. Omg people we understand that you probably deal with some real terds but come on! Often prescriptions called in days prior not ready, come back in 20 minutes. Pharmacy is convenient otherwise I would avoid like the plague.
