Front desk customer service was AWFUL (short, young, girl with glasses). I've had multiple experiences with her in the past, and each time it's the same shite! Attitude and laziness was at all-time TODAY, hands down. Her "Supervisor" was right there when it occurred, yet did absolutely NOTHING about it. Trickle effect is REAL, so get your shite together and try setting an example for once!

I will shop intentionally at WalMart, because they are all wearing masks, will not let customers in unmasked, and are limiting the number of customers in the store. This tells me they care.

CAS is always super helpful and willing to explain how to do the things I need done but don't know how to do.

This is my favorite Walmart! Has that small town feeling and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Drive right past the Woodbury store and travel 12 miles to this one. Well worth the drive to enjoy my shopping experience.

This is a great WalMart. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I love using their grocery app for curbside pickup. I haven't been disappointed in anything yet, even produce!

I have mixed feelings about this Walmart. I have had awful experiences, amazing ones, and ones where I don't even pay attention. This time was unfortunately not great. The customer service lead (yellow vest) was pretty rude to me right off the bat which gave me bad vibes all through the store. Then they didn't have one of the items I wanted which is NBD but didn't help matters, and when it came to my wait in line I felt my spirit leave my body while I was standing there it took so long. I almost reached over and took over for the cashier who looked like she could have been sleep scanning for how slow she was going. Oh well. Can't beat that low cost leader I suppose. I will still come back for that.
