If I could choose no stars, I would. This branch is impossible to work with. They flat-out lied to my face and pretended they were unable to take a payment when I personally heard they were authorized to take it. They gave me the run around for over an hour. I will NEVER bank here.

The worst. This is the bank my job uses so I have to bring deposits here several times a week. What bank has NO parking for its customers? This one! You want to give them your money, you'll have to pay to park first. They will not take deposits in the drive thru. Than, after driving the block for 15 minutes to find a spot, you will go into the lobby where they REFUSE to open more than ONE teller no matter how FULL the lobby is or long the line is. And its always long. I've been at my job a long time, we have had MANY different banks. NEVER have I had a bill refused, sent in or sent back. Yet you can count on it, every deposit we make, a bill is getting rejected. Why? It's old, it's wrinkled, it has a small stain on the corner. Ask them to run a money marker over it? Oh no, they don't have one in the ENTIRE BANK! What kind of bank has NO money markers? I'm sorry I can't tell customers only new crisp bills will be accepted at our establishment. And guess what? Every time I come back to work and run the money marker over it, the bill is just fine. They just LOVE to make a spectacle holding up the bill, most times a mesley 5 dollar bill, calling every employee to look at it as the packed lobby stares at you. Keep in mind, these bills do not look fraudulent because they aren't. They are just old and worn. Than they make a big deal like you are trying to pull one over on them. Mamn, i just work here, im just dropping off a deposit. I didn't run down to the black market to get a "fake" 5 dollar bill to get over on you all for the benefit of my job. It's laughable. Going here is a nightmare. I CANNOT for the life of me understand WHY anyone would bank here, and i ponder it intensely every time I'm waiting in the long line for the one teller.

Heather is very sweet and has a lot of positive energy as soon as she sees a person. I absolutely loved spending my time with her while depositing checks. I appreciate the help! She deserves the raise!

The bankers that have replaced Travis are grumpy and seem bothered to help. You feel the bad energy when you walk into the door. Good luck having your phone call answered . It's sad what has happened at this dying branch in Hudson, WI.

Love the service at this branch. I have never been to a more welcoming Wells Fargo. All of our needs are handled quickly and without any issue!

I opened up numerous personal and business accounts here for the convenience of banking in town. The staff has always been great and continue to be great. My only complaint is the hours of operation changed again. The drive up opens at 9:00 am Monday through Friday and the bank is closed on Saturdays. We only have one branch office in Hudson with cut hours and days but Woodbury has multicable branches and are operating normal hours and days. I was hoping at some point they would at lease reopen on Saturdays but was told this is a permanent think. I think I am going to move banks. :(

Tough call!I’ve been banking at Wells Fargo for DECADES and use the Hudson branch almost exclusively. The staff has been great…competent and friendly but more recently I’ve noticed newer staff showing up and some of the familiar faces have disappeared.I’ve had some interactions that were not pleasant such as a teller unnecessarily wanting to see my card when I’ve asked to see a banker as the banker would do what was required with my card, and a banker who took my card but did not return it and denied having it when I drove back but interestingly came out of the bank to find me while I was sitting in my car logging on to the Well Fargo App to turn off my card…turns out he did have it. So, perhaps some better training and experience needed by some.HOWEVER, I had a most wonderful experience recently. I jumped in the teller line though I believed I would need to see a banker. The gentleman I mentioned above was fuddling around with a fan at his office door but didn’t engage anyone in line…go figure! Another banker made a pass through the line and queried me and others as to what type of help was needed. As the others were in need of a teller she ended up helping me with my need of a wire transfer.Vielka was very professional and efficient. She asked if I banked online and if I was aware that I could execute a wire transfer online. Given it was my first wire transfer I had chosen against that and the amount was above that allowed online anyway. Vielka gathered the information needed and we concluded the transfer and then had a very pleasant conversation about her arrival in the US and path to becoming a Wells Fargo employee which was motivated by the sign on her desk indicating she spoke Spanish as well as her accent.Vielka epitomizes what I look for in an interaction with my bank in the “small town” of Hudson. She took care of my banking need and yet engaged me as a customer in a very personable manner. I suspect there may be some aspect of this resulting from her start in the company as a teller but also some cultural, familial and/or personal aspects discussed during our chat. This contrasts to the other banker who came such after being in the “investment” side of things.I’d give Vielka a higher score than is allowed but I still have to account for the others who don’t do their job as well. Perhaps she would be a good person to train employees in Customer Service skills. So, I’m glad I didn’t review after my previous visit as it would not have been good…I was very close to closing all my accounts and finding a new bank. The interaction with Vielka reminded me that each interaction is unique and that we shouldn’t sum things up based on an occasional unfortunate interaction as all institutions have varying levels of competence in their employees and everyone has a bad day once in a while and may occasionally fail in their duty to represent their company well.I will continue my relationship with Wells Fargo…though, when a Wells Fargo High Yield Savings account is at 0.02% on a day when I can get 2.05% elsewhere they will not receive all of my business.

Great guest service. They had a beautiful remodel at Hudson location. I needed my statements going back to 2018 for four different fraud attempts on my wells fargo checking account. A banker was able to help to get my statements back to 2018 and waived the fees to help me to resolve the fraud on my account which helped me so much! Every banker and teller at the hudson location is very nice and is so attentive to their guests and banking needs. I do miss their coin machine to count coins and turn them into cash or deposit into my checking and or savings. However I can do that at Westconsin credit union which is free if you have any account with them otherwise it's a ten to fifteen percent charge applied. WellsFargo only had one teller on duty when I was there, but it was not busy or a long wait In line at all. Even with one teller on staff at the time she was very nice and time efficient!

I have been a customer of the WFB for the last 30 years and I could not believe what I saw when I entered the bank in Hudson, WI. A GHOST bank. Nobody there to take care of the customers. Only one person in attendance but only for cars. I could not get any service. Very dissapointed and frustrated. I do not deserve just a treatment like that or anyone else. I am thinking to leave the bank. I know that bank would not care. This is outreageous.

I loved this bank before covid, than you closed down got rid of your staff and now it's very slow, as a business that uses your drive thru three times a week, please speed up, I don't have time to sit there for 40+ minutes.

Good bank with friendly staff in my town. Very frustrating that WELLS FARGO home base decided to close banks without any notification. Has made banking very frustrating. Smaller banks do not treat customers this way. Ready to leave Wells Fargo over these things, especially following what they have done with our personal information in recent years. Not impressed.
