“Traveling on vacation to see waterfalls in a lot of remote places when I noticed one of my new tires was low on air. Jerry's got me in on short notice on a Saturday. The mechanic very thoroughly inspected the tire, pumped the tire back up to the correct pressure, remounted it an torqued the lug nuts to spec. Since no repair was needed, they didn't charge me! Everything was done by the book - very old school family service. Much appreciated!”
“I had a major dilemma when the gas tank on my vehicle loosened and then fell off! I was lucky to be able to get into the parking lot at the Michigan Visitor Welcome Center. The wonderful folks there called Rammie's for me and upon explaining my situation, they were ther in minutes. They made a temporary fix so I could follow them to their shop at which time they pulled out a vehicle from on of the bays they were working on, made a call to a parts supplier and obtained repair parts, and fixed my vehicle right then! Without this prompt help, alternate scenarios are pretty bad. My greatful thanks to Rammie Collision Service.”

“It turns out that I have a similar story to many others that have received amazing service from Lahti Towing during a vehicle emergency. I got a flat and happened to pull over right in front of their shop. I limped my truck into their parking lot. They got me in immediately and I was on my way in 20 minutes and they charged me next to nothing. Thank you Lahti Towing! Another example of the generosity of the fine people from the UP. Btw-I never write reviews but I want them to know how much I appreciated their help.”
