“I ran over a piece of wood on the highway which destroyed the plastic undergirding on my Prius. after struggling to tear off the shredding pieces dragging on the ground I stopped in at Klomstens to see if they could cobble together a fix. The body shop guy there abandoned his lunch to help me, cutting off the biggest pieces and wiring the remains to allow me to get to the Cities safely where another local shop was able to put it up on a lift to see the full extent of damage. Courteous and generous help when I needed it. Thanks!”

I limped to their store just before closing, with my car shaking, smoking, and a flashing check engine light. They identified the issue—a catastrophic failure of my ignition coils (they were literally melting!).
Juan, Jose, and the mechanic George were nothing short of lifesavers. They quickly identified the problem, got me the parts I needed, and installed them on the spot. Amazingly, they had my car up and running within half an hour, and they only charged me for the parts—no labor costs.
Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help a stranded customer almost two hours from home so late in the day truly astonished me. It also happened to be my mother's birthday, so I can’t help but feel like there was a little divine intervention at play. These gentlemen were angels, and I am so thankful for their help.
