It took awhile for us to connect, but once Kuckie and I exchanged texts and discussed the problem, he sent Jake to fix the door (it was a circuit board that they don't make anymore, but they had one left). Thanks guys, for showing up on a sub-zero day.

When we received our doors they were damaged. We checked every panel, took pictures. They still installed and one of the dents they couldn’t repair, they put their sticker over. Not impressed at all.
