This was a $150 item I was going to be out money on because I misplaced my tracking info. I called and an awesome lady answered who was willing to look since I knew the date and time I stopped in. She was amazing and when I stopped back in she said she was so glad to help, while the other guy stood in the back looking at me. I told her thanks for being WILLING to help.”
