It was frustrating on 12/1/2022 when I walked into the bank at 11:30 AM to take out a new CD and they had no one available that could do the transaction. This may be more common at a branch location, but at the home office this is unacceptable. I ended up driving to Watertown where the job was completed with no issues.

I'd give a 0 but can't. I have been here 15 years. It was good until about 2018. If you want your money hacked and the headache every year....go here! They will blame you. I have received paper work saying my account was breached and have been hacked several times. Be careful where you keep your money! This bank does not have the security measures in place that it needs in times like these.

I have been banking with Ixonia Bank for over 50 years. With drive through banking and electronic transfers I don’t often have a need to go into the bank. I needed to cash in some old Savings bonds so this time I needed to go in. It is a pleasure to know that through the years this Ixonia Branch ( in Ixonia);still has friendly helpful employees who really care about customer service. Mary H did a fantastic, efficient job in handling my affairs. She did it with such a friendly smile. Thank you Mary for your great service. Ixonia Bank must be very proud of you and the work that you do.

Bre Laper has been a huge help to us in opening our accounts and guiding us through activating our phone apps without issues with our User Name and Passwords. Fraud Detection is On Crack. They constantly flag my purchases as suspicious activity and put my debit card on hold. It has happened at least 10 times and I am going to have a brain aneurism the next time I swear. Time to move to a bank that has better fraud detection software.

I was having an issue trying to download our estatement for our business account. I called the customer service number for assistance. Amy was very helpful in creating the documents for me so I was able to print them. We have banked with Ixonia Bank for many years and will continue. It's a very friendly place to do banking. Thank you!

I open carry a firearm in my normal course of business (as stated in my message), and I asked if they had corporate policies or branch restrictions regarding open carry. Provided us with inaccurate information while applying for a home loan. Never asked what term loan we were looking for (i.e. 15 yr, 30 yr) and assumed the lesser of the two for first time home buyers. We wont be banking here, ever.
