We were there driving through and had to stop.
If in the area stop in.
Buy some meat or snacks. Lots of home made beef snacks.

Where to start...?
This past Saturday we picked up a 5lbs fresh cut port butt to make carnitas for Sunday dinner... It was delicious! Perfect fat cap and cut really nicely.
Their sticks are MONEY. The retail flavors are to die for, especially the Jalapeno and Cheddar. BBQ and Peppered at extremely tatsy too!
I also have my deer processed here at the Ixonia location. Processing is spot on and the venison sticks they make with our deer are absolutely perfect.
If you are looking for a fresh cut butcher and anything else, this is your stop!

It’s funny, how often you hear such negativity, sometimes it’s accurate sometimes it’s unfortunate. I just spoke with a man named Riley, he was kind, patient, clear, everything you would want on the side of customer service. I will review once my meat is done, but so far I am thoroughly impressed with customer service.

I have been shopping here for years and now won't be back. Can't find any groceries anymore and today, needed American cheese, I didn't see any in the case and got totally ignored when I waited to ask if they had any. Service, availability of groceries and quality of meat has really gone down hill. They used to be an excellent asset to the community, but if you don't want to serve the community with what it needs and only want to sell high priced Smokers then you shouldn't be in Ixonia. When you opened you had essentials for the community that were close and we needed that, but you took that away. And if you neednto speak to one of the owners, they are never there. Sad, took a great business and ruined it.

My order was not completed. Mislabeled hottsticks. Some hott sticks you could tell were fresh and others old and dried out. Nothing on outside package was labeled “venison” so who knows what meat was actually processed. The amount of money for what I received is a joke!!

Lady working there on Sat very rude , I asked for bacon she said all we have is the 4 pcs ones out there really 4 pcs what about a pound she had a attuide and walked away . Also to say very unsanitary to bring have a dog in a butcher shop. Wow lost me as a customer of 5 years
