Sent vacate notice on 8/6/18, emailed confirmation of vacating on 8/9/18, emptied unit on 9/21/18 and still have not received deposit. I have had no response to multiple emails and voice messages.

Have rented for about 5 years. They have always accomoated my needs and changes in unit requests for more space. Calls are answered or requests mailed with my payments are answered soon. Grounds are always kept up and maintenance is performed upon request
