I I haven't been to H\\u0026R Block in years at the time they were more expensive than other places that did taxes and they messed up my taxes and I had to get them repaired but that was years ago I don't know what they're like now

Dropped in last week to get my taxes done and filed. Super impressed by the amazing service Stacy provided me while I was there. Such a great conversationalist and so friendly. Very informative, as well. No matter how many times they've been explained to me, there are just some things about taxes I've never been able to grasp. Stacy brings those subjects eye level and makes easier for laymen like me to understand. When issues came up, she was ready with simple solutions before any panic had a chance to set in. Great experience here. Will definitely come to this location next year.

I have been going to Matt for the last 6-7 years. Matt is great! He has been sick lately and they didn't tell me til the day before. I am upset that I was only given a day in advance. I wasn't given a heads up on who was going to be handling my taxes. The guy who did my taxes was okay. Very thorough.

My H\\u0026R Block associate is so personable. She explains everything simply and she tries to get me all that I have coming to me as a refund. The office is close by and everyone there is pleasant and professional.
